Who We Are
CEN Strategy Partners is a Denver-based consulting firm specializing in process improvement, workflow automation, and data-driven strategy. Founded by C. Eric Navarro, a former USAF Contracting Officer and technology procurement leader, the firm combines federal acquisition expertise, vendor-side deal desk experience (Abbott Labs, Adobe, Klaviyo), and Lean Six Sigma methodology with modern AI tools.
Mr. Navarro holds several degrees, including an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business. He received his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Purdue University.
